Ashi-barai Feiing med foten. Footsweep.
Geri Spark. Kick.
Hiza-geri Knespark. Kick with the knee.
Kakato-geri Hælspark. Kick with the heal.
Kake-geri Krokspark fra innsiden og utover med chusoku eller kakato (nedsparkingsteknikk).  Også kalt ura mawashi-geri. Hook kick inside-out with chusoku or kakato (knock down technique).  Also called ura mawashi-geri.
Kansetsu-geri Spark mot kneleddet. Kick against the knee joint.
Keage Snappspark. Snap kick.
Kin-geri Skrittspark med heisoku. Kick with heisoku to the groin.
Mae-keage Jodan snappspark framover med chosuko og med strakt bein og utstrekt fot. Front snap kick to jodan with chusoku, and with straight leg and instep stretched.
Mawashi-geri Rundbuespark Roundhouse kick.
Oroshi-kakato-geri Høyt nedadgående hælspark, uchi eller soto. High downward kick with heal, uchi or soto.
Soto-keage Snappspark til jodan fra utsiden og innover med teisoku. Snap kick jodan outside-in with teisoku.
Tobi-geri Flyvende sparketeknikker. Flying kick techniques.
Uchi-keage Snappspark til jodan fra innsiden og utover med haisoku. Snap kick jodan inside-out with haisoku.
Yoko-geri Spark mot siden med sokuto. Kick to the side with sokuto.
Yoko-keage Oppadgående strakt sidespark med sokuto. Upward straight kick to the side with sokuto.
